I work as an executive coach, with a distinctly developmental perspective, and I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal goals in the light of their strengths.  I have a decade of experience in coaching leaders from a variety of organisations across the world – in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Ireland as well as the UK – and have helped them to drive significant personal change and development.   I work with leaders who want to develop and fulfil their potential: for example, helping them as they transition into new roles or in thinking about the development of their careers, and I have particular expertise in helping leaders to develop their leadership and influencing skills.
